Congratulations to Sam Heath as our Big Dawg Sportsmanship Award Winner for the month of October!
Each month, THS Athletics will nominate and award a student-athlete that is going above and beyond in the athletics arena, making us proud both on & off of campus, showing sportsmanship and preserving the true spirit of the game.
Sam was nominated by his Swim Coach, NaTasha Kremer who also shared the following on him, “Sam does administrative work for the team to keep all team members informed daily, he is always at practice and encourages his teammates. He arrives before competitions to set up and stays late to make sure everything is cleaned up. He also wishes other teams’ good luck before and after competition. Overall, a great young man.”
Other Terrier student leaders that were nominated by their coaches are Aleana Rehberg for Soccer, Brice Haddock for Cross Country, and Elijah Ray for Boys Golf.
Way to make us proud, Terriers!!!
